Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has said that his side are relaxed in their approach to Saturday’s Champions League final.

The Bianconeri will take on Barcelona in Berlin in an attempt to win the title for the first time in 19 years, but Bonucci insists the squad are approaching the match in composed fashion.

“We will prepare for the game with peace of mind, but also with the knowledge that we got to the final because we deserved to and because we are a great team,” he said to Tuttomercatoweb at the club’s media day.

“We still haven’t decided who will give the pre-match speech. During the warm up we will see who feels like it.

“In any case, that is not what will make the difference. There are certain games you can only prepare for alone.

“The season has been very positive, particularly on a collective level. We have taken great satisfaction from these 11 months, now we have to put the icing on the cake.”
