Milan CEO Adriano Galliani is reportedly in Portugal to negotiate for Porto striker Jackson Martinez.
The director was in Berlin over the weekend, where he reportedly met with Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent, Mino Raiola.
However, with the agent having ruled out a return for his client, it appears the Rossoneri are focused on other targets.
Gianluca Di Marzio’s website reports that Galliani is in Portugal, seeking to bring Jackson Martinez to Serie A.
The Colombian has a release clause of €35m, and the website believes that the Portuguese side have already identified Federico Santander of Guarani as a replacement.
One potential sticking point could be the Diavolo’s absence from European competition this season, with Arsenal also believed to be interested in Martinez.
The 28-year-old has scored 92 goals in 132 games since moving to Europe.
