Stephan El Shaarawy’s agent admits ‘there have been several offers’ but the forward is ‘happy at Milan’.
The Italian international struggled with injury this season, making just 14 Serie A starts, but the 22-year-old’s brother and agent says optimistic about the future.
“He’s happy at Milan,” Manuel El Shaarawy told Sky.
“Let’s see what happens with the team this summer, the transfer campaign seems a bit different from recent years.
“A move for El Shaarway? There have been several teams interested, Stephan is a player who lots of teams like.
“There were several offers, both in January and now in the summer, offers which we looked at. We can’t rule anything out, the transfer market is always the transfer market.”
Sinisa Mihajlovic is expected to be El Shaarawy’s Coach next season, and his agent believes the Serbian can bring the best out of the player.
“He’s a great Coach, he’s proven himself to be a top Coach. He’s very good with young players, and getting the best out of them.”
