The centre-back has been at the Stadio Olimpico since July 2011, having previously played for PSG, Marseille, Sunderland and Galatasaray.
“After four years at the club, it is the time to try a new experience, even though his contract with Lazio doesn’t expire for 12 months,” his father and agent told Albanian reporters.

Cana has fallen down the pecking order at Lazio, managing 17 Serie A appearances this season.
