As expected, Micah Richards has signed for Aston Villa after a season on loan at Fiorentina.
The 26-year-old full-back struggled for playing time at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
The England international had just 10 Serie A appearances, seven in the Europa League and two in the Coppa Italia.
He was on loan from Manchester City and that contract expires this month, so Richards will officially join Villa as a free agent from July 1 on a four-year deal.
