SportMediaset believes it’s the Diavolo who are in pole position for the 22-year-old, having had a bid accepted by Monaco.

The news outlet reports that Milan are offering €27m for Kondogbia, with another €3m to be potentially added on in bonuses.

However, as well as Inter, Mediaset reports that Arsenal and Barcelona are competing for the player, with those clubs able to offer Champions League football, which neither Milan side can.
