The decisive meeting between Fiorentina and Mohamed Salah has been delayed, so probably won’t be held until Thursday.
The Egyptian international was due to sit down with Viola directors and new Coach Paulo Sousa this evening at 18.00 UK time (17.00 GMT).
However, multiple sources in Italy claim the meeting has been postponed due to travel issues.
It’s widely reported that the summit won’t now take place until Thursday or Friday.
Fiorentina have already paid their €1m to extend the loan from Chelsea for another year, but Salah has power of veto over that move.
Numerous other clubs are interested in picking Salah up, including Inter, Roma, Milan and Juventus.
Spanish paper AS suggests Chelsea will offer Salah plus €50m to Atletico Madrid in order to sign Antoine Griezmann.
