Inter are reportedly close to agreeing loan deals for both Olympique Marseille’s Giannelli Imbula and Martin Montoya of Barcelona.

The Nerazzurri are very active on the transfer market, having signed Geoffrey Kondogbia from Monaco for a reported €40m including bonuses.

According to Sky Sport Italia and Sport Italia, they are on the verge of securing another two top players on loan.

They had already been close to Imbula, seen as an alternative to Kondogbia, but decided not to buy both midfielders.

Now it’s claimed Marseille are prepared to release Imbula on loan for €1m with option to buy at the end of the season for another €18m.

That is not the end of it, as Inter are also in negotiations with Barcelona to bring in full-back Montoya on loan with option to buy for €8m.
