Sky report that the centre-back has agreed a contract with the Hammers, with the Bianconeri accepting a bid of €12m, with a further €1m in bonuses.

Although the move is subject to a medical, the news outlet is reporting that the transfer is essentially a done deal, with the player signing a four-year deal worth €2m per season.

The reported deal represents a €2m loss for the Old Lady, who paid €13m plus €2m in bonuses to sign Ogbonna from city rivals Torino in 2013.

The 27-year-old made 18 Serie A starts for Juventus last season, but was largely used as a rotation option, with Andrea Barzagli, Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini ahead of him in the pecking order.
