Milan will reportedly meet Zenit for Axel Witsel, including Jeremy Menez as part of an exchange deal.
The midfielder is eager for a move to San Siro, but his club wants around €20m.
According to Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri will meet with Zenit St Petersburg directors on Monday.
The offer could well include striker Menez as part of the move.
The Frenchman slipped far down the pecking order after the arrival of Carlos Bacca and Luiz Adriano, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic is rumoured to be on his way as a replacement for Stephan El Shaarawy.
The Corriere dello Sport today claims that Juventus are also tracking Witsel, but would only bring him in if Arturo Vidal or Paul Pogba leave.
