“I think in this match we played a bit better than in the previous ones. Obviously the tactics are not quite as effective when the physical condition isn't there yet."
The World Champion was clear that his personal objectives were the same as those of his team.
“I hope to have another season like the previous one, in which we came third and I scored 13 goals.
“It was a positive year for me because I had no injuries, so I was always able to play.
“That was the reason I chose to extend my contract by another year.
“Because of my character, I've always set the example in terms of cohesion within the team.
“I try showing what I can do with the ball. If in training I notice something, I talk about it with the others immediately.
“We exchange opinions on a lot of things.
“We'll see how things go this year, but we have a lot of young talents.
“They are diamonds in the rough, that need to be smoothed down.”
