Thai investor Bee Taechaubol continues talks with Milan President Silvio Berlusconi at his villa in Sardinia.

The deadline to complete the buy-out of 48 per cent is August 5, so time is running short.

After they held meetings in Milan, today Berlusconi invited Mr Bee to his villa in Sardinia to continue discussions.

A signature on the term sheet is expected on Monday, with Taechaubol paying €500m to buy 48 per cent of Milan.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there are still a few issues, including the date of the closing and whether or not to float the club on the stock exchange.

The new Board of Directors will have 12 members, reportedly seven representing Berlusconi’s Fininvest company and five from Taechaubol’s circle.
