“It’s not true that summer friendlies don’t count, as they really do have value. We were able to beat big clubs and this gave us the self-belief to battle the best sides in Europe.
“It is only the beginning and we have a lot of work to do. It’s easy to do it with Paulo Sousa, because he truly is a great Coach.
“In the first few games I had good sensations and you can truly say Giuseppe Rossi is back.”
