Details of Milan's deal with Sampdoria to sign Roberto Soriano emerge, as the player will reportedly cost €13m and could involve an exchange with Antonio Nocerino.

The Doria midfielder has been the object of the Rossoneri's desire for several weeks now, with their new Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic pushing for the signing.

On from reports that a deal between the two teams was imminent, Calciomercato.com is reporting details of how Milan's joint-CEO Adriano Galliani and Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero will reach an agreement.

In spite of Ferrero calling for €25m, it seems the deal is more likely to be finalised at €13m, paid in instalments.

The Blucerchiati President's original request for an immediate payment of €10m has been mediated by raising the player's cost, but settling it in stages.

The player himself is believed to be set to earn €1.2/1.3m per year, and will be offered a contract of five years.

While Ferrero and Galliani are believed to be in talks over the possible transfer of Nocerino to Sampdoria, this is expected to be treated as a separate operation.

The Doria's replacement for Soriano is going to be Bayern Munich's Pierre Hojbjerg, with Nocerino considered to be an unrelated matter.
