Stefano Pioli said Lazio “learned another lesson” with their last-gasp Europa League draw at Dnipro.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic had put the Aquile in front in Ukraine, but Yevhen Seleznyov equalised with the last kick of the game.

“It’s disappointing, as the referee said there were three minutes of stoppages, the corner was taken and play continued so he scored at the 94th,” Pioli told Sky Sport Italia.

“Ultimately the real regret is that we didn’t finish off the game when we had the opportunities to do so.

“We learned another lesson tonight, as we had so many chances to hurt them and put the game beyond doubt.

“It was a strong performance and we should’ve won, as we only really allowed them a few late counter-attacks.”

Group G is completely even, as St-Etienne and Rosenborg drew 2-2.
