“It’s right to analyse what happened and get right back out there, as we play again on Wednesday and have to make up for this. It’s an ugly defeat.
“We weren’t solid enough and perhaps paid for the long journey to Ukraine and back in the Europa League. We were stretched out and got our timing wrong constantly.
“Napoli also played on Thursday, but they were at home. Tomorrow we will examine this game along with the team. This is not the kind of performance we can offer.
“Injuries were a problem, but our performance was quite simply not a reflection of our characteristics. We had done well in the last two games, but tonight was a huge step back.
“We’ve got to look each other in the eyes and change.”
