Roberto Stellone admits Frosinone picked up their first point against Juventus with “not our best performance.”

The absolute Serie A beginners had lost all four games leading up to the 1-1 draw in Turin.

“I am happy, as this is an important point for our confidence and the table,” said Coach Stellone in his Press conference.

“We lost previous games while playing better, but got a point against Juventus with what was not our best performance. That’s football for you.

“Today Juventus would’ve deserved the win considering the number of chances they created, but we could’ve had a penalty in the first half and didn’t fall apart despite going a goal down. We never stopped believing.

“We were rewarded for that attitude and this point will go down in history, also for me as an ex-Torino player.

“Everyone showed great spirit of sacrifice and that is the only way to take on Juve. We tried to attack them and stop them playing.”
