“We know that to stay in Serie A it’s important to pick up points on home turf. We didn’t manage it against Udinese, so it’s crucial to do it after the break for international duty.

“There are two huge games coming up against Palermo and Carpi, because they are close to our level and could climb up the table.

“Our squad is very young and was put together late over the summer, so with each passing game we are improving.

“I am certain that as the tournament goes on we will become more dangerous, because we’re working so hard to improve.”
