Leandro Paredes believes Empoli can give Roma 'trouble when they don't have the ball', and admits: 'I must improve a lot'.

The 21-year-old has a contract with the Giallorossi, but was loaned to the Azzurri at the end of August, an experience that he appears to be enjoing.

"It's going really well and I hope it gets even better in the future,” he told Roma Radio, as published on Roma's official site. “The only difference is that the city is quieter, aside from that everything else is the same.

"We definitely won't change the way we play. What do I fear? Roma's attacking players and their pace.

"We are a team that wants to play football and it will be a tough match for both sides. Roma can get themselves into trouble when they don't have the ball.

"Coach [Marco] Giampaolo trusted me and said that I should stay calm and work hard, and that that will lead to results.

"I'm playing as an attacking midfielder and my job is to get the ball in behind."

In spite of the positive experience at Empoli, Paredes confessed he still had a long way to go.

"I've got a lot of improving to do, I'm young and there are a lot of things for me to learn."

"I hope Roma can fight for the Scudetto right until the end. They're a fantastic team and I think they can do well."

"My return in Giallorosso? I hope so, that is what I'm planning on."
