Former Bologna patron Giuseppe Gazzoni Frascara is suing Juventus, Fiorentina and more for €113m over the Calciopoli scandal.
The 80-year-old ex-President confirmed his legal action against Juventus, Fiorentina, Luciano Moggi, Antonio Giraudo, the Della Valle brothers, ex-Viola general manager Sandro Mencucci and former referee Massimo De Santis.
Bologna were relegated in 2004-05 after a play-off defeat to Parma and Gazzoni Frascara sold his majority share to Alfredo Cazzola.
