David Villa is “analysing possibilities” including Fiorentina after New York City FC failed to make the MLS play-offs.

The veteran striker will turn 34 in December and be available for a January spell in Europe.

“At this moment I’m receiving calls from all over the place,” the Spaniard told Levante TV.

“I have not had any direct contact myself, but there are certainly some options available to me.

“I am analysing possibilities that involve leaving, but for now it’s not a real issue yet.”
