Rumours have been circulating about the future of current Rossoblu boss Delio Rossi, with his side currently rock bottom of Serie A following defeat to Palermo on Sunday.

The likes of Cesare Prandelli, Roberto Donadoni and Francesco Guidolin have been tipped to replace Rossi, but a new ambition for the Renato Dall’Ara side has now emerged.

La Repubblica has reported that Bologna are dreaming of bringing Montella and Prade to the club to work in tandem, as they did with La Viola.

However, it could be difficult for this to be realised as the Coach commands wages of around €1.8m per season and is believed to be targeting a job with one of Serie A’s top sides.

Prade is also currently on the books of Fiorentina, meaning he would need to be prised away from the Tuscan side, which could prove difficult.

The Rossoblu travel to relegation rivals Carpi on Saturday, a match from which defeat would almost certainly spell the end for Rossi.
