Milan midfielder Andrea Bertolacci says he’s ‘happy to have scored my first Rossoneri goal’ after beating Lazio last night.
Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side secured their third consecutive win at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday in a 3-1 victory that saw them leapfrog the Biancocelesti into fifth place.
Bertolacci opened the scoring in the first half before being substituted after taking a knock, and dedicated his goal to the Italian Cancer Research Association (AIRC).
“Last night we all won. Everyone who loves Milan,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
“We’ve always worked to give everything, and slowly but surely the results have shown.
“I’m really happy for this group and to have scored for the first time in the Rossoneri shirt!
“I dedicate this goal to all my friends at AIRC!”
