Paul Pogba said Juventus “wanted to win” at Borussia Monchengladbach, but after the Hernanes red card settled for a point.

The Bianconeri had fallen behind to a Fabian Johnson strike and equalised through Stephan Lichtsteiner’s volley on a Pogba assist.

Hernanes was sent off for a two-footed tackle and the remaining 37 minutes were played in defence.

“We did well after the red card, but we wanted to win tonight,” Pogba told Mediaset Premium.
