Stephan El Shaarawy’s agent confirms Monaco option to buy from Milan is mandatory “after 20 appearances.”
There was some confusion over exactly how many games the Little Pharaoh would play for his new club before the option to buy was activated.
“Stephan is rediscovering his sharpness with Monaco and doing very well,” agent Federico Pastorello said at a Press conference.
“He’s missing a few goals, in part due to bad luck, but is certainly improving.

“It was a choice made for the common interest to make the buy-out clause mandatory after 20 appearances.”
So far the 23-year-old has made 16 appearances in all competition for Monaco, scoring two goals.
