Milan have officially confirmed Mario Balotelli will undergo surgery on a hip flexor injury tomorrow.
The striker is on loan from Liverpool and it’s not clear how long he’ll be out for, but reports have suggested from one to three months.
“AC Milan announce that tomorrow in Munich Mario Balotelli will undergo an operation to resolve the hip flexor problem, which was not improved by conservative treatment.

SuperMario barely featured since arriving on loan from Liverpool, making four Serie A appearances and scoring one goal.
He has not played since first being diagnosed with the hip flexor injury at the end of September.
