Lazio announce Stefano Mauri will be out for three weeks after a non-surgical procedure on a herniated disc.
The veteran underwent tests yesterday after several days of back pain in training.
A herniated disc was identified and Professor Roberto Bianchini confirmed “we’ve decided to perform a small non-surgical procedure based on radio frequencies.
“The operation will last around half an hour and will be performed over the next few days.

“After that Mauri will have to rest for a week, then can start the rehabilitation process. In 20 days tops we should see him back on the pitch.”
