Lucas Lima’s agent can “confirm Napoli are interested and in talks” for the €20m-rated Santos midfielder.
A story appeared in today’s Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper claiming director of sport Cristiano Giuntoli was in negotiations with his entourage.
Porto had previously offered €13m for the 25-year-old attacking midfielder, a proposal that was rejected.
“I can confirm Napoli are interested and in talks with an intermediary in Italy who represents us,” agent Edson Khodor told CalcioNapoli24.

Santos want €20m for Lucas Lima and he is under contract until December 31 2017.
It’s reported his wage demands are €2.5m net per season and Napoli face competition from Real Madrid, Roma and Milan.
