Mario Balotelli could be back earlier than expected, by Frosinone-Milan on December 20.
The Italy international underwent surgery to correct a hip flexor problem and was expected to stay off the pitches for four weeks.
The operation went well and Tuttosport reports that the striker could well be back sooner than expected.
Similarly to Sampdoria's Ervin Zukanovic, who underwent the same medical operation, Balotelli could also be able to play after 20 days.
According to Tuttosport, Super Mario may be seen back on the pitch as early as December 20, for Milan's match away to Frosinone.
