Coach Stefano Colantuono claims Udinese are 'showing a new attitude' after defeating Chievo 3-2.

The Zebrette started out their season very poorly, but with ten points in the last six matches they are beginning to right the boat.

The win against Chievo showed some real personality as they came back from an initial 1-0 disadvantage.

“We had a really good game, dominating play and relying on more than just counters,” Colantuono said after the game. “The only thing we could have improved on would have been converting the great number of chances we created.

“But I can't blame anyone today as we really did play very well. We had a lot of intensity and we turned around a game that wasn't looking good.

“The midfield did a good job, pressing and never leaving openings for Chievo. On the wings too we did well, playing high up.

“We're trying to adopt a new attitude and we've been reaping the rewards for a couple of games now.

“I'm also very happy for Di Natale, after this tormented week. He came in well and he won us the game with one of his plays, allowing [Cyril] Thereau to score.

“He could have notched a goal too if [goalkeeper Albano] Bizzarri hadn't stopped him.

“When you lose, work gets stuck in the mud. On the other hand, victories like this one help you develop. You pick up awareness.

“We've seen our efforts come to fruition and this is thanks to an improved mental condition, among other things.”
