“Klose had some pain before yesterday’s game with Udinese and after tests we found a muscular problem in his thigh, which is why he won’t be available for the next match,” chief medic Stefano Salvatori told Lazio Style Radio.

“He won’t be available for this Sunday, because two days aren’t enough to get him back in shape. Today Dusan Basta and Keita Balde Diao trained.
“This afternoon Kishna underwent a surgical procedure. The operation went well, the surgeon confirmed that a fragment was removed and the meniscus was not touched.
“The player will need to be sidelined for a few weeks, the situation us under control.”
