Inter announced they will not appeal Felipe Melo’s three-match ban for a horror tackle on Lucas Biglia.
The midfielder was sent off for the extraordinary neck-high challenge during Sunday’s 2-1 home defeat to Lazio.
This evening Inter released a statement confirming there would be no appeal, so Melo accepts the ban.
He will miss games against Empoli, Sassuolo and Atalanta.
