There are claims Manchester United are offering €40m for 16-year-old Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The shot-stopper became a sensation when making his Serie A debut at the same age as most others are still in school, shoving ex-Real Madrid man Diego Lopez on to the bench.
According to Mediaset Premium and the Daily Star, Donnarumma’s exploits in goal caught the attention of Manchester United chiefs and they see him as the future of the club.
It’s claimed United are prepared to offer up to €40m for the teenager over the summer.
Donnarumma turns 17 next month and so far has kept three clean sheets in 11 Serie A games, conceding nine goals.
