Mauro Zarate celebrated “reaching a big club” like Fiorentina after his first training session.
The Argentine forward made the transfer from West Ham United, freeing up Giuseppe Rossi to join Levante on loan.
“Reaching a big club is wonderful, now it’s up to me and to us to prove we can go even further,” Zarate told the official Fiorentina website.

“Watching their games I was impressed by the way Fiorentina play with ball to feet and lots of possession, they attack a great deal, and this is the path to take if we want to go higher.”
