“We will do something on the market, but we won’t say what,” Baldissoni told Mediaset Premium.
They are believed to be Stephan El Shaarawy of Milan and Genoa’s Diego Perotti.

“Roma are on the stock exchange, so when we officially complete a transfer, we announce it. It’s a small world, so some of the names we’re looking at have emerged.
“Today we have to play and from tomorrow we’ll think of sealing a few deals so we can improve an already strong squad.
“There are no impossible games. Roma must step on to the field in order to face Juventus on level terms. Last season, for example, we played them on level terms, but because of some unfortunate incidents we lost.
“Juve started badly this season and then recovered, while we did the opposite. The change of Coach can give us the right shake-up.
“If Roma recover, then this team can compete for the top of the table.”
Gervinho is not in the squad, as he is in negotiations with Jiangsu Suning for a reported €18m move.
“I can confirm there are negotiations on-going for Gervinho to China. When a player expresses the desire to leave, there’s no point keeping him.”
