Napoli have reportedly turned down an €8m bid from Russia for defender Vlad Chiriches.
Sport Mediaset report that an offer for the Romania international arrived through an intermediary from an unnamed Russian club.
The bid was believed to be €8m, but was turned down as the Partenopei would not have enough time to find a replacement for him.
Chiriches has made only five appearances since arriving from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, scoring one goal.
