“We believe there is a chance of getting back into the top places. It is possible if we look at the quality and technical capabilities of the team.
“Roma must rediscover their arrogance, as the team is a little depressed and lost its way. If the side finds confidence and with this quality, we can climb.”
Luciano Spalletti said in his Press conference that the time for complaining was over, everyone had to get their heads down and work hard.
“It is a message that is good for everyone,” added Baldissoni. “We need everyone to be up to the task. The new Coach is here to improve a poor situation, so it’s right to change the tone.
“The language has changed with Spalletti and it was necessary. He has to light up the enthusiasm in every area. We agree with his more direct messages to put more responsibility on to the shoulders of the players.
“This Roma squad can compete with anyone and it’s important for them to believe that.”
