Juventus Coach Max Allegri says 'serenity' will be necessary to beat Napoli and Gonzalo Higuain.

The two teams face each other tomorrow evening at 19:45 GMT in what is already being touted as Serie A's game of the year.

“To be honest I haven't prepared the game yet,” Allegri told the Press. “We're playing tomorrow, so we still have more than enough time.

“Napoli are having a great championship, they have 56 points and they're showing all of their worth. Compared to them, we're still in line with last year's performances, we just have three points less.

“Right now the first leg between us is the one that made the difference. Napoli are in a great condition and they're playing pretty well. Tactically and technically, it's certainly going to be a good game.

“But that doesn't mean it's going to be decisive, there are another 13 games, so there will be 39 points to be played for still.

“I still have today's and tomorrow's training session to decide whether to play with a three- or four-man defence.

“Of course there's more pressure now as only 14 games are left and our target is that of being ahead in the end.

“Tomorrow's game must be faced with serenity, with no anxieties about the result, conscious that we need a great performance to beat Napoli.”

Allegri then went on to discuss Gonzalo Higuain and the threat he poses from the Partenopei side.

“He's playing, I think, the best championship in his career. His average is extraordinary, if he keeps it up to the end he'll score 40 goals.

“Marking him will be difficult, but Napoli is more than Higuain, because he'll have to pass the ball to someone else, and that someone will have very high technique.

“Napoli have some great players in the front and the middle, individually but especially as a team.

“There are no advantages anymore as there are a thousand cameras per game: our teams know each other, so tomorrow what's going to matter is the psychological aspect. In fact that will be crucial until the end of the season.

“We have several games coming up, tomorrow, on Friday at Bologna, and then that friendly against Bayern Munich.”
