Milan could be without defender Alessio Romagnoli for Monday night’s big game with Napoli.
It kicks off at the Stadio San Paolo at 20.00 GMT on Monday, click here for a match preview.
The official club website confirmed Romagnoli missed today’s training session because he is suffering from flu symptoms.
It remains to be seen whether the 20-year-old will recover in time for the huge Serie A showdown.
His absence would be a massive blow for Sinisa Mihajlovic, who already has to do without Philippe Mexes and Rodrigo Ely.
The likely replacement would therefore be Cristian Zapata, but Milan need their best defensive options when facing Gonzalo Higuain and Lorenzo Insigne.
