“We mustn’t act like this is the last game of the season, as there are other teams struggling like Palermo, Udinese and Atalanta,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“Anyone under 29 points cannot be relaxed going into the final sprint. Safety still depends on us, though clearly if other results go our way then that’ll be even better.

“What I want to see from my team is immense determination and confidence, intelligence to understand the various moments of the match.

“We can make life very difficult for Sampdoria, a team that plays well and allows space on the counter-attack.”

There are weather warnings in Genoa over the weekend and therefore the possibility this game could be postponed.

“I would prefer to play now, as we are in great shape and fired up. Whether the pitch is soggy or not is irrelevant, it will be a battle either way.”

Stellone ignored the usual tactics and announced his line-up in the Press conference, as Danilo Soddimo is unavailable due to a muscular problem in training.

Frosinone: Leali, Rosi, AJeti, Blanchard, Pavlovic; Frara, Gori, Sammarco; Dionisi, D Ciofani, Tonev
