It’s reported River Plate defender Emanuel Mammana’s agents met with both Napoli and Milan this week.
He had been very close to joining Fiorentina during the January transfer window, but negotiations collapsed at the last minute in bitter circumstances.
It had been suggested today that Napoli directors met with Mammana’s agents and discussed a possible summer move.
However, the same source – Sky Sport Italia – now claims the representatives also met with Milan CEO Adriano Galliani for lunch yesterday.
The player’s price-tag is believed to be in the region of €10m and the 20-year-old is considered to be one of the brightest young stars in Argentina.
