Sassuolo Coach Eusebio Di Francesco dimisses Milan rumours - “I’m ambitious, but happy here”.
The Neroverdi are currently seventh in Serie A, pushing for a European spot after beating the Rossoneri 2-0 this weekend.
“Milan? The rumours are gratifying because it means I’m doing a good job,” Di Francesco admitted to Sky.
“I have a contract with Sassuolo and I’m fine here. You have to have ambition, but my head is just on the game against Juve.
“Europe? The numbers tell us that we can fight for that objective. Obviously it wasn’t the goal at the start of the year, but having secured safety early it’s obvious that you then push on for other objectives.
“We’ll see after this match.
“It’s a difficult game, they haven’t conceded a goal in more than 900 minutes. We’ll try to play our game while knowing how good our opponents are.
“[Juventus Coach Max] Allegri has managed a great feat, giving continuity to [Antonio] Conte’s work, it wasn’t easy.
“As for us, watching the growth of my lads is amazing, it’s very satisfying for everyone. The results show the value of our work.”
