Gazzetta dello Sport has reported today that Italian FA President Carlo Tavecchio has prepared a list of candidates to take on the job.

Bologna’s Donadoni, who previously held the position from 2006-2008, is believed to be at the top of the list but could be one of Serie A’s most sought-after Coaches this summer.

Ranieri is next as he could be tempted to leave Leicester as a success, but he could equally want to lead them into the Champions League next season.

Torino Coach Giampiero Ventura has also been linked with the post and the veteran would represent a low-cost option.
