Alvaro Morata felt Juventus “could’ve won the Champions League” and used that anger to beat Torino 4-1.

“It was a very important game for us. We were upset after Wednesday’s defeat to Bayern Munich, but we transformed that disappointment into positive energy,” the Spaniard told Mediaset Premium.

“We are Juve, we want to win everything. It’s a shame we went out of the Champions League, as we could’ve won the trophy this season.

“Now our minds turn to the Scudetto and Coppa Italia.”

Morata bagged a brace, but was only a substitute coming on for Paulo Dybala’s muscular injury.

“The Coach chose to leave me on the bench, but this is a team sport, so it stands to reason. I am happy for the victory, we just hope Dybala’s injury isn’t serious.”
