Milan want Rosario talent Giovani Lo Celso, though PSG have already started talks, with Juventus and Manchester United interested.
According to La Capital, Rossoneri President Silvio Berlusconi is determined to bring 19-year-old Lo Celso to San Siro.
He’s ready to send an emissary to Argentina next week for initial negotiations.
However, Rosario Vice-President Ricardo Carloni confirmed Paris Saint-Germain are head of the pack.
“It’s true we met with PSG representatives this week, and next week we will meet again,” Carloni told Telam.
“From our side we will try to keep him as long as possible, just like we did with Franco Cervi.”
Milan seem determined to use a trequartista in their system from next season, despite Sinisa Mihajlovic adopting different tactics.
Lo Celso is believed to cost between €10m and €15m and it’s feared a bidding war will break out this summer between Juventus and Manchester United.
