“Frosinone is a city that gave me a great deal when I was still basically a kid,” the 29-year-old told Inter Channel.

“However, on Saturday we are going there to take the initiative and make up for the defeat to Torino. It’ll be difficult, because Frosinone are really tough on their own turf.

“The 2-1 loss to Toro was very disappointing, as we had regained confidence since the Coppa Italia meeting with Juventus and could’ve done without that setback.”

Eder made the move from Sampdoria in January, but is yet to score his debut goal for Inter.

“I do miss the feeling of scoring a goal, so I hope my moment will come as soon as possible. I’ve been amazed by everything at Inter, from the organisation of the club to the fans. I am happy here.”
