Sacchi: ‘Milan, stick with Mihajlovic’

Arrigo Sacchi says Milan should stick with current Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

It was reported this week that the Rossoneri had asked their legendary former tactician for advice, and he discussed the position of Mihajlovic on Radio Due.

“There aren’t many good Coaches out there,” Sacchi warned.

“I’d prefer if Mihajlovic stayed.

“Sassuolo's Eusebio Di Francesco? A serious club should be careful about who they take.

“Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani? Yes, we met, but it was mainly to talk about memories and football in general. There’s mutual respect between us.”

Sacchi was also asked about the Scudetto race, with Juventus having pulled six points clear of Napoli.

“Juventus are the only Italian team who come close to the greats of European football.

“In a world where everything is decided by money though, Napoli are working miracles. Juve have a turnover of €300m, Napoli can’t reach €100m.”
