Inter's Massimo Moratti denies rumours he will reclaim the president role: 'I don't like to put others at risk'.

The Nerazzurri's business operations are veiled in secrecy at the moment, as they are looking for business solutions that will allow them to face their significant debt.

Among speculation that President Erick Thohir may simply choose a business partner or go as far as to sell 20 per cent of the club's stock to a Chinese investor, some believe that a shock return of Moratti as the president may be an option.

Among speculation that President Erick Thohir may simply choose a business partner or go as far as to sell 20 per cent of the club's stock to a Chinese investor, some believe that a shock return of Moratti as the president may be an option.

“Every time that Thohir comes to Milan we meet up and spend some time together, everyone knows that,” said the Vice President to Rai TV. “As what other groups choose to do, I think Thohir is extremely intelligent when it comes to perceiving potential opportunities, but for now there's nothing concrete.

“I don't think about returning to the Presidency, I don't like to make decisions that place others at risk.

“We've already built some experience, now it's important to build the future alongside whoever may join us.

“The team is doing well in returning to form. I think at this rate we can hope for a return into the Champions League. I have faith in [Coach Roberto] Mancini and I believe the words of Thohir.”
