Frosinone midfielder Raman Chibsah has been handed a three-match ban, joining another 11 suspended Serie A players.

Chibsah was sent off in the 5-1 defeat to Chievo last night, leaving Frosinone down to nine men, for a harsh second bookable offence.

The Disciplinary Commission today announced he would face a one-match ban for the red card, plus another two games for insulting the referee as he left the pitch.

Frosinone member of staff Giorgio Gorgone has also received a one-game touchline suspension for dissent.

The following players received one-match bans: Arlind Ajeti (Frosinone), Patric (Lazio), Andrea Ranocchia (Sampdoria), Roberto Vitiello (Palermo), Federico Viviani (Verona), Samuel Souprayen (Verona), Ali Adnan (Udinese), Amadou Diawara (Bologna), Gary Medel (Inter), Aljaz Struna (Palermo) and Stefano Sturaro (Juventus).
