“We are having an extraordinary campaign and want to get more than 50 points,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“Tomorrow we’ll be playing in a huge stadium with many fans and we don’t care what objectives Roma have.

“Luciano Spalletti is doing really well and it’ll be a wonderful atmosphere. All of that has to represent motivation for us and tomorrow is a big opportunity to make our mark.”

Although the news is not yet official, it’s widely believed Roma will extend Francesco Totti’s contract by another year.

“Totti has had a fairly similar career path to Sergio Pellissier, as they both made history for their clubs,” added Maran.

“We really believe that we can do well here.”

The Flying Donkeys have injury problems, as Simone Pepe, Valter Birsa, Nicolas Frey and Dario Dainelli are out of action.

However, Riccardo Meggiorini returns after a couple of weeks on the treatment table.

When these sides met back in January, it was a spectacular 3-3 draw, as the Giallorossi threw away a 2-0 lead and were then 3-2 up before Pepe’s free kick.
